Registered Nurse - Float Pool - Med/Surg Tele IMCLocation: Portland, MEAssignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.Schedule: Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AMJob Description: This is a float pool position requiring the candidate to be flexible and willing to float to multiple units. Candidates must possess acute care hospital experience and Level 1 Trauma experience, with a minimum of 2 years of inpatient hospital experience preferred. The position will require reading and interpreting telemetry strips.ResponsibilitiesProvide nursing care across various units including Medical, Surgical, and Cardiology.Float to different units as needed according to patient care requirements.Administer medications and monitor patient responses.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient management.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureValid RN License in the State of Maine.BLS Certification required; ACLS preferred.Minimum of 2 years Level 1 Trauma acute hospital experience required.1 year travel experience preferred.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
