• Schedule: 24-hour call, approximately 7 days per month
• End Date/Duration: Coverage period beginning September 2026, with credentialing time of approximately 90-120 days
• Shift: 24-hour shifts, with 4 hours of callback time included
• Hours per week: Based on scheduling needs
• Employment Type: Locum, travel and credentialing reimbursements included
• Licensing/Certifications: Medical degree (MD/DO), state licensure in Michigan
• Experience: Previous plastic surgery experience preferred, particularly in trauma, pediatric, and general procedures

What You’ll Do:

• Perform plastic surgery procedures including trauma, facial lacerations, scar revisions, skin grafts, and flaps
• Manage trauma and pediatric as well as adult plastic surgery cases
• Provide comprehensive care for a diverse patient demographic across all ages
• Cover trauma call shifts approximately once a week
• Collaborate with ancillary staff and other healthcare providers to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Follow all facility protocols and maintain high standards of clinical care

What You Need:

• Valid MD or DO license for Michigan
• Experience in trauma and general plastic surgery procedures (preferred)
• Ability to perform adult and pediatric plastic surgery cases
• Strong clinical skills and team collaboration abilities
