About the Role NCWDC is seeking a Finance & Administration Associate to support the organization's accounting, financial operations, and administrative functions. Working closely with the Vice President of Finance, this role will process financial transactions, maintain accounting records, assist with monthly close activities, support employee administration, and provide operational support across the organization. Key Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or a related field Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reporting Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 applications Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and take initiative NCWDC offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off and holidays, and professional development opportunities.
