Role Summary We are looking for a high-performing customer service professional to join our team at our Snow Road Branch (1616 Snow Rd, Parma, OH 44134). Responsibilities Assist customers with banking transactions on the platform, in the teller area, and/or over the phone Manage a teller window Open depository accounts (checking, savings, certificate of deposit, IRA's) Resolve customer issues Assist in all areas of the branch Requirements High school diploma or equivalent 6+ months of recent retail bank teller experience and/or 3+ years of high-volume cashing-handling experience Recent experience working on the platform with new account openings and resolving customer issues preferred Active State of Ohio Life & Health Insurance License preferred, or strong interest in obtaining and learning fixed annuities Outstanding customer service skills, including professional grammar and demeanor Positive, proactive, and friendly interpersonal skills Exposure to conventional first mortgages is a plus Third Federal Perks & Benefits Competitive compensation packages Medical, dental, vision, and more 401k match 11 Bank Holidays + vacation/sick time Stock Ownership Allocation Exceptional culture and value system Strong work/life balance Growth opportunities Mortgage Discount Program Education Reimbursement Program Our anticipated pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00.
