$35/hour, 3-month contract-to-hire. Bilingual English / Spanish is required.

A global food ingredient and fragrance manufacturer needs a Documentation and Training Specialist at its Carrollton, TX plant. You own the site training program and the SOPs for the plant floor. You join the internal audit and GMP teams.

Day to day:

- Build and keep the site training matrix.

- Write and update the SOPs for the floor.

- Make a strong onboarding program for new staff.

- Do a regular review of all procedures.

- Keep all records ready for an audit.

- Find the gaps between the written procedure and the real work. Close them.

What gets you hired:

- You have experience in manufacturing, production, quality, or safety.

- You know GMP, HACCP, or SQF.

- You are fluent in English and Spanish. This is a requirement.

- You work well with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

- You communicate clearly in writing and in speech.

- You are comfortable on the plant floor.

- A bachelor degree in a related field is a big plus. It is not required.
