Personal Training Manager

Job Summary The Personal Training Manager (PTM) leads and develops the personal training team at high‑volume EōS locations. Reporting to the Fitness Manager, the role focuses on improving service quality, driving revenue, and fostering a positive environment that ensures client satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities Own day‑to‑day management of the personal training staff. Partner with the Fitness Manager on business operations of the personal training department. Drive the team to meet or exceed all established PT targets each month. Deliver high‑value PT orientation sessions to maximize new client acquisition and overall PT penetration. Identify and operationalize opportunities to grow and improve the business of the personal training department. Oversee and improve the EōS personal training experience to drive revenue growth and client retention. Own the end‑to‑end trainer lifecycle: sourcing, hiring, onboarding, in‑club training, development, and ongoing performance management. Coach and develop trainers through scheduled individual and team meetings. Minimize trainer turnover and increase personal trainer tenure through ongoing coaching, development, and support. Qualifications At least one year as an EōS personal trainer (internal) or at least one year of verifiable managerial experience (external). At or above L2 or Master Coach level as an EōS personal trainer. Enthusiastic about developing teams through education and coaching. Comfortable with accountability, holding self and others accountable for performance goals and KPIs. Excellent communicator with a high level of emotional intelligence. Organized, detail‑oriented, initiative‑driven, able to meet deadlines. Requirements Pass a background check. Carry a valid Personal Training Certification. Obtain CPR certification within 30 days of hire. Ability to work in a gym setting, moving around club floors and rooms, communicating with employees, members, and the public. Ability to bend routinely and repetitively to lift more than 40 lbs. Ability to access company computer systems: prepare documents, enter data, read reports. Compensation Plan Competitive base salary + bonus opportunity. Ability to train 5 paid client session hours per week. Salary Range

$60,000 – $60,000 USD.
