Cookie Cake & Ice Cream Cake Decorator – Flexible Schedule, Paid Training Great American Cookies & Marble Slab Creamery Position Summary Do you love baking, decorating, and creating products that make people smile? We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Cake Decorator to join our team. In this role, you will decorate cookie cakes, ice cream cakes, and specialty desserts while providing outstanding customer service in a fun, fast-paced environment. Whether you're an experienced decorator or an artistic individual looking to develop your skills, we provide training and opportunities for growth. Responsibilities Decorate cookie cakes, ice cream cakes, and specialty desserts according to company standards and customer requests. Write personalized messages and create custom designs using icing and decorating tools. Prepare cakes and desserts for display and customer pickup. Ensure products are fresh, attractive, and meet quality standards. Assist customers with cake orders, design ideas, and special requests. Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work area. Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and production schedules. Help with baking, preparation, and other store duties as needed. Work collaboratively with team members to provide an exceptional guest experience. Qualifications Artistic ability and attention to detail. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds. Weekend and holiday availability preferred. Previous cake decorating, bakery, restaurant, or food service experience is a plus but not required.
