Inbound Sales Consultant

Working overnight in a fully remote capacity, the Inbound Sales Consultant will assist high-net-worth guests in purchasing luxurious cruises by handling inbound sales calls, making personalized travel recommendations, and building lasting relationships. Key responsibilities Handle inbound sales calls and identify customer needs to provide tailored travel recommendations Make follow-up outbound calls, overcome objections, and close sales effectively Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up with leads to drive consumer loyalty Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably as an Account Executive Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales KPI metrics Flexibility to work overnight, weekends, and holidays Strong experience in telephone sales with the ability to close on the first call Proficiency with basic computer applications and equipment, including MS Word, Teams, and Outlook
