Ferguson is now seeking a  Warehouse Quality Assurance Associate to join our team! 

Schedule:  Monday – Friday 12:00pm-8:30pm with Over Time as required. 

Responsibilities:  

• Accurately updates information on computer to maintain inventory records. 

• Represent the FEI organization to customers, associates and leadership as needed. 

• Develops and recommends improvements to promote efficiency, faster service, and lower costs. 

• Examines invoices and shipping documents to ensure accordance with federal regulations. 

• May recommend procedural changes to improve efficiency of operations. 

• Ensure goods are verified against records of shipment. 

• Accurately records received and shipped items according to established procedures. 

• Responsible for inspection, identification, and delivery to stocking locations. 

• Follow established procedures and guidelines to receive, handle, store, record, and dispatch goods in a store or warehouse. 

• Performs all work in accordance with established safety standards and adheres to all safety policies, rules, regulations and procedures. 

• Participates in associate meetings and communicates any concerns to management. 

Qualifications:  

• 2+ years warehouse quality assurance experience is required. 

• Plumbing industry experience a plus. 

• Previous material handling equipment (sit-down forklift, order picker, reach truck) experience is a plus. 

• Warehouse Management System and RF Scanner experience is required. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. 

• Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices. 

• Strong attention to detail. 

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload appropriately in order to balance multiple demands and meet timelines as required.

Pay Range:

$15.00 - $21.68

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
