Quality Control Associate

We are hiring multiple Quality Control Associates for our client on the southwest side of Indianapolis!
- Conduct inspections of incoming raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Test products using various methods and equipment to verify that they meet established quality criteria.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure consistent quality standards are met throughout the production process.
- Investigate and resolve quality-related issues that arise during production.
- Develop and maintain quality control documentation and records.
- Train and educate production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Previous manufacturing and quality experience
- High-level attention to detail
- Previous machine operation experience is a plus
- Good work history (no job hopping)
- Perfectly clean criminal background record
- Ability to pass a drug screening
- Positive attitude
- Desire to work in a team environment
- Outstanding work ethic
- Strong attendance record
- Valid Driver's License
- HS Diploma or GED
