Practice Manager - Primary Care

Hourly Pay Range $35.16 - $54.50 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Highlights Position: Practice Manager Location: 2007 95th Street, Naperville Full Time 40 hrs Hours: Varies M-F 7am or 8am to 5pm or 6pm / Sat as needed (8am - 12noon) Required Travel: Yes What you will do: Manages all support staff in the delivery of patient services with dedicated on-site clinic presence including provider templates Provide staff with day-to-day direction and tasks Develops staff schedules, workflows and coordinates regular staff and professional meetings Partner with team to address concerns and offer solutions Oversee talent management, including performance evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary actions, as needed Lead and develop a high-performing team through effective hiring, training, performance management, and accountability practices Maintain training and orientation of staff and providers; provide input into developing and updating training Exercises independent judgment within defined procedures to determine appropriate actions for moderately complex issues Monitor patient experience and employee engagement scores and develop tactics to improve areas of opportunity Responsible for monitoring and meeting budgetary goals for clinics/teams; Evaluate and report variances to director Collaborates with site-based provider leaders to coordinate communication, cascade key information, and facilitate bi-directional feedback to drive alignment, responsiveness, and operational improvement Performs quality audits; partners with quality to assess outcomes and plans for improvement Ensuring services are in compliance with professional standards, state and federal regulatory requirements and maintaining applicable accreditations with key organizations What you will need: Minimum of 1 year previous physician practice experience Bachelor’s degree preferred, or minimum of 1 year equivalent experience At least 1 year healthcare leadership experience preferred Benefits (For full time or part time positions): Career Pathways to Promote Professional Growth and Development Various Medical, Dental, Pet and Vision options Tuition Reimbursement Free Parking Wellness ProgramSavings Plan Health Savings Account Options Retirement Options with Company Match Paid Time Off and Holiday Pay Community Involvement Opportunities About Endeavor Health Endeavor Health is a fully integrated healthcare delivery system committed to providing access to quality, vibrant, community-connected care, serving an area of more than 4.2 million residents across six northeast Illinois counties.
