LightCorp is seeking an immediate full-time Paintline Technician to process components, sub-assemblies, or finish assemblies at an efficient rate, defect-free, and on time to meet customer demand. Preferred education and experience High School diploma or GED Basic computer skills Perform daily duties in a safe, ergonomic manner Follow quality standards to produce defect-free products Perform tasks efficiently to meet or exceed established rates/requirements Essential job functions and skills include, but are not limited to the following: Team player with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization Reading and following work instructions, wiring diagrams, and blueprints as required for processes within their responsibilities Performing efficient setup/changeover of workstation machines, and equipment Completing and documenting all required quality checks Accuracy and timely completion of all required electronic transactions Presenting functional, clean, and well-packaged products to both internal and external customers Practicing NOAC (next operation as customer) regarding quality and delivery Responsible for adhering to the LightCorp Code of Conduct Supporting and actively participating in continuous improvement activities (LCMS) Completing miscellaneous duties and projects as directed by their supervisor.
