As a valued member of our dynamic, family-owned company, you'll bring your expertise to our long-term care, short-term rehabilitation and assisted living programs, and truly make a difference in residents' lives, each and every day Nursing Home Administrator JOB PURPOSE: Responsible to owners and licensee; and shall operate the facility to ensure that services required by residents at each level of care are available on a regular basis and provided in an appropriate environment in accordance with state and federal rules, regulations and statutes, corporate by laws, policies, procedures and standards. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree with a current Nursing Home Administrator License in the state the facility is located. Minimum of five years experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital or long term care facility preferred. SUPERVISION OF OTHERS: Responsible person charged with general administration of the building. #J-18808-Ljbffr Wingate-Living
