Job DescriptionRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in information systems, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in government or public sector ITHands-on experience with Salesforce (configuration, reporting, workflows)Strong understanding of business process analysis and documentationExperience working in Agile or hybrid project environmentsExcellent communication skills, especially with non-technical stakeholdersDesired Skills:Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Business Analyst)Experience with government systems, public sector data, or transportation-related servicesFamiliarity with tools such as:ADOJiraKnowledge of integrations (APIs, middleware) and data governance practicesExperience supporting accessibility compliance and public-facing applicationsLocation: (Boston, MA) Disclaimer: Kyyba is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
