Job Description We are looking for a Director of Heart Failure and Transplantation to lead and manage the heart failure program, oversee the heart transplant team, and provide expert care to patients with complex cardiovascular conditions. The ideal candidate will have a deep commitment to clinical excellence, research, and program development. Key Responsibilities Lead the heart failure and transplantation program, including clinical care, research, and education. Oversee a multidisciplinary team of physicians, surgeons, nurses, and allied health professionals. Develop and implement clinical protocols, guidelines, and standards of care for heart failure and transplantation patients. Collaborate with other departments to integrate services and provide comprehensive patient care.
