Your Responsibilities

* Arrange meetings for candidates with our recruiters for in-depth assessments

* Follow up with leads to nurture their interest and support their hiring experience

* Keep detailed and current records within our applicant tracking system

* Receive commission based on meetings scheduled, interviews processed, and successful hires from your leads
