We're looking for a Graphic Designer who brings a strong point of view, an insatiable curiosity, and the craft to translate both into work that stops people mid-scroll.This role sits at the intersection of brand storytelling and execution — producing visual content across digital, social, email, retail, and beyond. You won't just follow brand guidelines; you'll internalize them deeply enough to push them forward. You'll work across Babyletto, Namesake, and daVinci Baby, understanding what makes each brand distinct and designing accordingly.Responsibilities:Design compelling visual content for digital advertising, social media (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, YouTube), email, websites, and retailer platforms — with a creative standard that is visually arresting, culturally relevant, and aesthetically elevatedApply motion graphics, animation, and GIFs to bring brand storytelling to life across channelsPartner closely with the Senior Designer and cross-functional teams (Digital, Social, Communications, Brand) to deliver work that serves both brand and business goalsDevelop deep fluency in each brand's aesthetic, voice, and positioning — acting as a guardian of creative integrity across every touchpointOwn and maintain our DTC websites as living brand expressions — regularly auditing content, refreshing assets, and identifying opportunities to improve the visual experience, conversion flow, and on-site storytellingUnderstand and design toward performance — fluent in the metrics that matter (ROAS, reach, CTR, thumb stop rate, site traffic) and using that data to continuously refine creative outputActively incorporate AI tools into your workflow: use them to accelerate production, explore creative directions faster, and free up bandwidth for the work that requires genuine human taste and judgmentStay curious about emerging tools, design trends, and cultural shifts — regularly bringing fresh perspective and relevant references to the teamEdit video and photo assets for use across social, web, and retail partner sitesDevelop print and marketing materials as needed: mood boards, trade show signage, posters, brochures, merchandise, presentation decksManage multiple projects simultaneously, communicate progress clearly, and consistently meet deadlinesShow up as a collaborative, energizing presence on the team — someone who makes the creative work and the people around them betterWhat you bring to the table:Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of training and 3+ years of hands-on experienceProven mastery of design fundamentals: layout, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchyExpert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects)Expert proficiency in Figma and CanvaDemonstrated experience designing for web, mobile, tablet, and print collateralsComfort with — and genuine curiosity about — AI-powered creative tools (generative image tools, AI video, workflow automation, etc.); willingness to experiment, share learnings, and push the team forwardSolid understanding of social and digital video platforms and what performs on eachWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteStrong conceptual thinking: you have a point of view, you can articulate it, and you can execute itExcellent communicator — clear, direct, and receptive to feedbackA proactive, solution-oriented mindset; you see constraints as creative problems to solvePassion for design, interiors, and visual culture — you notice things other people walk pastA genuinely great attitude: collaborative, curious, and committed to doing work you're proud ofCalifornia pay range$78,000 - $90,000 USDOur Benefits:100% of your health, dental and vision insurance monthly premiums paid by us!Flexible PTO because we respect the need for work/life harmonyCompany matching 401(k)Vacation reimbursement and wellness and enrichment subsidy programsTuition reimbursementMatching charitable donations to the nonprofit organization of your choiceFree MDB Co. swag + generous employee discount on productsAt Million Dollar Baby Co., we're passionate about diversity and welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
