Our client is currently seeking a qualified Deskside Support Engineer to join their team onsite in Miami, FL and provide support. This is a long term opportunity with the duration of a year, with the possibility of extension. Duties And Responsibilities Perform IMACD tasks Provide break/fix support Stage, build, image, configure and deploy endpoints Perform hardware/software troubleshooting Support asset handling Perform ticket updates Provide end-user support Resolve onsite deskside incidents and requests Maintain accurate ITSM and asset records Assist to coordinate escalations Auto req ID 486383BR Required Experience and Skills Minimum 3+ years of experience preferred in enterprise deskside / field support Hands-on experience with level 2 Windows deskside support and troubleshooting Experience with endpoint imaging, deployment and IMACD Strong onsite customer service skills Ability to work independently in a client-facing environment Ability to document work accurately Strong collaboration skills Minimum Education Required High School/GED Wage Range The hourly rate for this position is between $21.31 - $28.41 per hour, unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
