Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to take ownership of our marketing initiatives, strengthen brand visibility, and support company growth. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer , you will independently manage marketing campaigns, coordinate external agencies and vendors, and collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to execute marketing strategies.

This role is ideal for a hands-on, self-motivated professional who can manage multiple projects, maintain brand consistency, and drive results with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the marketing calendar, campaign timelines, and project execution to ensure initiatives are completed efficiently.

Develop and execute marketing initiatives across social media, email, websites, and digital channels to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.

Coordinate marketing strategies, messaging, and materials for product launches, promotional campaigns, and company initiatives.

Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to understand projects and maintain consistent branding across all marketing efforts.

Manage external agencies and creative vendors, including budgets, deliverables, timelines, and performance.

Monitor SEO, website traffic, lead generation, and campaign performance; establish reporting and recommend improvements.

Develop and coordinate marketing content, including social media posts, leadership-driven LinkedIn content, and promotional materials.

Identify opportunities to improve marketing efficiency, effectiveness, and overall results.

Required Qualifications

Five or more years of experience in marketing , marketing operations, campaign management, or a related role.

Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Proven experience independently managing multiple marketing projects and campaigns.

Strong knowledge of social media, digital marketing, brand management, and lead generation.

Experience collaborating across departments and managing external agencies or vendors .

Working knowledge of SEO, marketing analytics, and performance reporting.

Ability to work independently , take initiative, and manage competing priorities.

Strong writing, communication, organization, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a growing or midsize company with an established brand.

Experience coordinating product launches and multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Familiarity with marketing analytics, project management tools, and CRM systems.

Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, telehealth, or another regulated industry is a plus, but not required.
