Essential Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC and/or conventional machining equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions. Use precision measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and height gauges. Perform basic machine adjustments and tool changes. Inspect parts to ensure they meet dimensional and quality requirements. Identify machining issues and communicate problems to supervisors or experienced machinists. Perform basic troubleshooting and routine machine maintenance. Maintain accurate production and quality records. Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing activities. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Basic knowledge of machining principles and manufacturing processes. Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools. Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations. Previous machining or manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Salary Pay Range: $23.28 - $31.46 USD Hourly. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by several factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for bonus, commission, equity or other variable compensation.
