What You'll Do

What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of full-service restaurant management experience
- Proven track record managing high-volume operations successfully
- Strong coaching and team-building capabilities
- Solid understanding of food costs, inventory, and P&L
- Availability for flexible hours including evenings and weekends
