NextGen Hospitality Solutions is on the lookout for a Restaurant General Manager to lead our vibrant team in Dothan. This full-time, on-site position offers a unique opportunity to manage daily operations without the hassle of late nights. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Lead and manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Maintain high standards of food quality and customer service

- Develop and implement promotional strategies to increase customer traffic

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

- Effective communication skills for team and customer interaction
- Financial acumen and experience with budgeting and forecasting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in business management or related field is a plus
