As a member of our team, you'll join a company that values principles of dedication, hard work and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesCommunicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.Work with and coordinate with other sub-contractors.Read blueprints, produce material and material take-offs.Provide management with estimated labor hours for specific projects.Install materials and equipment per plans and specifications.Interpret equipment submittals and manufacturer's installation manuals.Ensure projects are installed properly, successfully pass all required inspections and are completed within proper time frame.Ensure all projects are completed within proper time frame.Ensure company vehicle and tools are properly maintained.Mentor and coach helpers.QualificationsDriver's license with clean recordAbility to pass background and drug screening check5+ years HVAC Lead Installer experience, crew and install managementTravel with overnight stays is requiredPositive attitude, professional appearance and exceptional people skills
