Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $21.05 / Hour Job Schedule Mon: 10:00 PM - 06:30 AM Tue: 10:00 PM - 06:30 AM Fri: 10:00 PM - 06:30 AM Sat: 10:00 PM - 06:30 AM Sun: 10:00 PM - 06:30 AM What You'll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a technology‑focused location. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner while communicating with site contacts and/or local responders as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions. Monitor entry and exit activity, report suspicious behavior, and document incidents, observations, and/or policy violations according to site protocols. Support a professional environment by assisting with badge or visitor‑related processes, answering routine questions, and following post orders for assigned areas and/or shifts. Minimum Requirements A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
