Cleanroom Operator — Day Shift (Mon–Fri) • $21.00-$24.00
Location: Mesa, AZ — Immediate openings with a semiconductor manufacturer for experienced cleanroom technicians

Must have cleanroom experience — candidates without prior cleanroom work will not be considered.

What you’ll be doing

• Operate within a controlled cleanroom to clean, dry, inspect, measure, and package semiconductor parts to meet customer and internal standards
• Dry parts using handheld CDA nozzles and ovens, and verify cleanliness using particle-counting equipment
• Perform visual inspections to detect defects and ensure parts meet contamination limits
• Rework parts as required using approved chemicals and documented processes
• Accurately measure components and maintain inspection records and traceability data
• Package, label, and seal parts following cleanroom packaging procedures to preserve quality in transit
• Manage multiple workpieces efficiently while maintaining strict quality control
• Keep your workstation and shared areas clean, organized, and compliant with all safety guidelines

What we’re looking for

• Prior cleanroom experience is required — familiarity with gowning protocols, contamination control, and cleanroom behavior is essential
• Production or manufacturing experience preferred; comfort working in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and clear communication skills
• Ability to follow detailed procedures, read basic documentation, and record inspection results accurately
• Reliable, punctual, and safety conscious

Physical & environmental requirements

• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and walk throughout the shift; lift up to 40 lbs. safely; reach shelves and workstations
• Comfortable working in full cleanroom PPE (suit, gloves, face shield) for extended periods
• Work environment may include loud equipment — hearing protection required at times
• Comfortable working around approved chemicals following handling and safety procedures
