Cleanroom Assembler/OperatorLocation: Tempe, AZ Pay Rate: $19.50-$23.65 Shift: 1st Shift (Full-time)Position Overview: We are seeking a Cleanroom Assembler/Operator to join our production team in Tempe, AZ. This position operates within a cleanroom environment requiring a full bunny suit. You will be responsible for manually loading and unloading products, operating and maintaining machines, and conducting basic quality checks with precision. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role, ideal for individuals who thrive in repetitive, process-driven work with high standards of quality.Key Responsibilities:Manually load and unload parts and components using established proceduresOperate, monitor, and maintain production equipment, including filling chemicalsUse a low-powered microscope for limited inspection tasksMaintain cleanroom standards and proper handling procedures for delicate glass productsPerform data entry and basic PC functions as part of production documentationFollow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs)Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspaceParticipate in team meetings and support continuous improvement effortsMinimum Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED with 4+ years of relevant experienceStrong manual dexterity and hand/eye coordinationClose attention to detail and ability to consistently produce high-quality workBasic PC literacy, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)Ability to work both independently and within a team environmentWillingness to work in a full cleanroom suit and perform repetitive tasksAble to sit or stand for extended periods and lift arms to shoulder height repeatedlyPreferred Qualifications:Associate’s Degree or post-secondary certification with 0–2 years of related experienceExperience handling small, delicate components such as microchips or glass partsBackground in electronics or electro-mechanical assemblySoft Skills:Strong communication and collaboration skillsDependable and self-motivatedPatient, with the ability to make quick quality decisionsTeam-player mindset with a positive attitudeWork Environment:1st shift, cleanroom environmentFull cleanroom attire (bunny suit) required at all timesTeam size: Approximately 16 membersRepetitive, manual work with a focus on precision and cleanlinessThis is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in high-tech manufacturing or cleanroom environments who are looking to join a stable, detail-driven team.
