Remote Business Analyst
Virtual Vocations Inc
Supporting the Member Services organization, the contract Remote Business Analyst will drive operational analytics, reporting, and business decision-making while collaborating with stakeholders to enhance operational performance. Key responsibilities Translate data into actionable insights and communicate findings effectively to management Utilize Tableau for reporting and visualization, and SQL for data access and validation Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational performance and support decision-making processes Required qualifications Proficiency in Tableau and SQL for reporting and data analysis Understanding of data warehouse reporting concepts Experience in interpreting data and presenting findings to stakeholders Customer-focused mindset with the ability to convert analytics into business insights Familiarity with Salesforce, Zendesk, or Amazon Connect is preferred but not required
