Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary Our client, a leader in telecommunications, is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join their team. This role is responsible for developing deep expertise of the internal applications and functional areas they oversee. Candidates should be comfortable with a hybrid schedule (4 days onsite, 1 day remote).Key DetailsContract Work Location: Greenwood Village, CO Work Arrangement: Hybrid This position is W-2 only. We do not work with third-party firms or C2C arrangements for this role. Core ResponsibilitiesResponsible for analyzing existing application functionality to determine current state Responsible for analyzing project requests to determine desired future state and creating requirements documentation to achieve the future state Work closely with development team to understand feasibility of project request, systems impact, and what development needs documented for project success Organizes ambiguity into clarity and identify stakeholders, constraints, and dependencies Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)Discovery experience, including investigating, asking questions, and defining the problem before proposing solutions Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing Extensive experience writing technical requirements Good knowledge of software delivery lifecycle (waterfall) and agile methodology Experience working directly with stakeholders, including end users and executives Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves)Prior experience in software development or QA testing Telecom industry experience Experience working in multiple industries or business domains Key Competencies & BehaviorsStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards Safety-focused mindset and adherence to procedures Reliable, hands-on approach with strong work ethic Ability to communicate issues clearly and collaborate with team members Adaptability in a fast-paced research environment Work EnvironmentLocation: Greenwood Village, CO Work Arrangement: Hybrid Compensation & BenefitsPay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is $36.00 and $52.00 an hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
