QC Inspector Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 23.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Various shifts available (Monday through Saturday)

• Perform quality inspections and product testing in compliance with cGMP regulations and company SOPs.
• Review and analyze product test results and data to ensure quality standards are met. Inspect production areas, manufacturing processes, and finished goods for compliance and accuracy.
• Complete and maintain quality documentation, including testing records, equipment logs, inventory forms, and data capture forms.
• Calibrate, operate, and maintain laboratory equipment according to GMP requirements and maintenance schedules.
• Read, interpret, and follow SOPs, work instructions, and FDA current GMP guidelines.
• Perform ATP swabbing of cleaned and sanitized production equipment to verify sanitation standards

QC Inspector Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of related quality control, manufacturing, laboratory, or inspection experience
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, GMP regulations, SOPs, and validation processes
• Experience working in a laboratory environment with equipment and safety procedures
• Understanding of computer systems, equipment validation, and product/process validation
• Experience with research and development processes, including statistical analysis methods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
