In-Process Quality Assurance Inspector (Manufacturing)

Step into a Day on the LineIt’s 7:00 a.m. in Carrollton. You start your morning at the assembly line, calipers and micrometers in hand. As components move from station to station, you’re the gatekeeper for build quality—spotting deviations early, issuing alerts, and guiding the team with crisp, visual standards. By afternoon, you’re closing the loop on Non-Conformance Notices and syncing with the Director of Quality so nothing falls through the cracks.About the RoleRegal Staffing Services is hiring an In-Process Quality Assurance Inspector for a client in the Carrollton area. You’ll lead in-line inspections, coordinate MRB actions in real time, and help engineering tighten drawings and work instructions so the next build is even better than the last.What You’ll HandlePerform in-process inspections at critical assembly stages.Own and update inspection checklists for live production.Escalate in-line issues promptly and create clear visual guides for assemblers.Issue quality alerts for product or process non-conformances detected on the line.Contain and correct defects immediately; file NCNs and support weekly NCN follow-ups with the Director of Quality.Lead MRB activity, drive quick root cause analysis, and execute immediate dispositions.Provide actionable feedback to design and manufacturing engineers to refine drawings and work instructions.Recommend continuous improvements to elevate product quality and process performance.Schedule, Pay, and LocationShift: 1st Shift (7:00am–3:30 PM, Monday–Friday)Overtime: Must be flexible for overtime as neededPay Rate: $20.00–$23.00 per hour DOELocation: Carrollton, TXWhat You BringHands-on use of calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.1–2 years in quality inspection, manufacturing, or a related environment.Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to spot and correct defects quickly.Working knowledge of root cause analysis and MRB practices.Self-driven, organized, and effective working independently in a fast-paced setting.High school diploma.Reliable transportation.CompliancePass a background checkSkills You’ll Rely OnQuality inspection and quality control experienceTroubleshooting and mechanical testingAccurate tape measure readingAdvanced inspection and gauge measurementFirst Article Inspection (FAI)Quality control data analysisBlueprint readingTools & TechnologiesMeasurement gaugesCalipers and micrometersHow to ApplyApply Online: our Carrollton Branch:2410 Luna Rd, Suite 180, Carrollton, TX #J-18808-Ljbffr Torrey Holistics
