Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented RMA Associate to support our electronics manufacturing shipping/ receiving department. This role involves inspecting and processing returned units (RMA), ensuring product quality, and assisting with packaging as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Inspect returned electronic units after testing for quality and functionality
  
  



• 
  Scan incoming units for issues such as arc damage, bus bar scratches, and other visible defects
  
  



• 
  Accurately document findings and ensure proper handling of damaged items
  
  



• 
  Assist with packaging and shipping tasks when required
  
  



• 
  Maintain a clean and organized work area
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Previous quality inspection or manufacturing experience preferred
  
  



• 
  Strong attention to detail
  
  



• 
  Ability to follow procedures and meet production standards
  
  



• 
  Basic computer/scanning skills a plus
  
  



• 
  Team player with a reliable work ethic
