Media Coordinator

This role is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You’ll work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.About the RoleIn this role, you will support the execution and optimization of digital media campaigns across one or more channels such as social, online video, display, or other emerging digital formats. Channel assignments will vary based on business needs.What You’ll DoExecute digital media campaigns within assigned platforms and channels, such as social, video, or display, depending on business prioritiesManage Creative Rotation Sheets (CRS), campaign builds, trafficking plans, budget implementation, quality assurance, and other executional tasksMonitor campaign performance and support data collection and analysis to inform optimizationsEnsure tactical campaign principles—such as pacing, audience targeting, flighting, and budget allocations—are followed appropriatelyPerform daily campaign checks, troubleshoot delivery issues, and make optimization recommendationsPartner with cross-functional Marketing teams to ensure timelines and deliverables are metCommunicate campaign updates, issues, and performance insights with internal stakeholdersAssist with invoice reconciliation and billing documentationAdditional tasks may be assignedWhat Skills You HaveRequiredAbility to independently follow complex documentation and directionProficiency in Microsoft Office and Google SuiteStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsPreferredPrevious experience supporting digital media campaigns in platforms such as social, video, or displayDegree in Marketing or a related fieldJob SummaryJob number: R472658Profession: Marketing, eComm & Creative
