Pay: $19/hour

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday: 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.
• Saturday: 10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
• Sunday: Off
• One additional weekday off: Wednesday or Thursday

BG Staffing is seeking an experienced Bilingual Leasing Consultant to support an apartment community in Carrollton, TX. The ideal candidate is polished, sales-driven, and able to confidently assist both English- and Spanish-speaking residents and prospects.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and conduct engaging property tours
• Manage the leasing process from initial inquiry through move-in
• Follow up with leads by phone, email, and text
• Process applications, renewals, notices, and resident documents
• Promote available apartments, amenities, and community features
• Assist current residents and provide excellent customer service
• Maintain accurate guest cards, files, and leasing records
• Support marketing and resident-retention efforts
• Assist the onsite team with daily office operations

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Previous apartment leasing experience required
• Strong sales, customer service, and closing skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Dependable attendance and availability to work Saturdays
