Now Hiring: Leasing Consultant - Farmers Branch, TX 75244

Pay: $18/hour

Schedule:

• Monday, Tuesday, and Friday: 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.
• Saturday: 10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
• Sunday: 12:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m.
• Off Wednesday and Thursday

BG Staffing is seeking a friendly, sales-driven Leasing Consultant to support an apartment community in Farmers Branch, TX. We are primarily looking for someone with strong sales and customer service experience. Previous apartment leasing experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and provide engaging property tours
• Identify prospects' needs and recommend available apartments
• Follow up with leads by phone, email, and text
• Promote the community's apartments, amenities, and features
• Assist with applications and the move-in process
• Provide excellent service to residents and prospects
• Support marketing and resident-retention efforts
• Assist the onsite team with daily office operations

Requirements

• Strong sales and customer service experience required
• Previous apartment leasing experience is a plus
• Confident, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with customers
• Goal-oriented with strong follow-up and closing skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Professional appearance and dependable attendance
• Must be available to work the full schedule, including weekends
