Registered Nurse - Rehabilitation

Schedule

12H Night shifts with a minimum of every other weekend required.

Assignment Details

Contract Length: 13 weeks.

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• BLS certification through AHA.
• A minimum of 3 years of nursing experience.
• Prior travel experience required.
• Long-term care (LTC) experience preferred.
• Comfortable caring for dementia patients.
• Willingness to float to other units as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in a rehabilitation setting.
• Assess patient conditions and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families.
• Document patient care and progress accurately.

Compliance / Notes

Travelers must work 2 out of 4 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Day. Ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained. Public transportation is not accessible; reliable transportation is required.
