Qualifications:

• Master’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• State licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of individualized education plans (IEPs) and school documentation standards
• Ability to evaluate, plan, and implement effective OT interventions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible, resourceful, and committed to fostering a positive learning environment

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop targeted treatment plans tailored to each student's unique needs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to integrate therapy goals with classroom activities

• Document evaluations, progress, and outcomes according to school district requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights to support student achievement
