Topcon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate against any employee or applicant on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, protected veteran status, disability, age, genetic information, or other legally protected status. **We are an Autodesk Platinum Partner, serving the AEC industry as a retail division.** Construction Software Sales Account Manager What You’ll Do Generate qualified leads, win new business, and expand relationships with existing customers Prospect daily via phone, email, and targeted outreach (30+ calls per day) Build, manage, and nurture your pipeline using CRM tools Research market opportunities and develop strategic sales plans Clearly articulate and demonstrate the value of Autodesk construction solutions Create excitement and enthusiasm among prospects through consultative selling Attend trade shows, customer events, and marketing activities Cultivate long-term, trusted customer relationships Thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Solve customer challenges, sometimes with limited guidance, using creativity and initiative What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred 1–5 years of sales experience (AEC industry experience strongly preferred) Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills A positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic Competitive, self-motivated, high-energy, and results-driven Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills Willingness and ability to quickly learn Autodesk products and the AEC industry A proven track record of achieving personal and professional goals Why Join Topcon? What You Need BS in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent experience in civil engineering, construction, or survey and/or experience in Sales Superior listening and interpersonal skills Ability to successfully work in teams Sound business and financial acumen Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook Strong communication skills both verbal and written Open to travel Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and high energy level Strong presentation and negotiation skills Able to be a leader in both personal and business endeavors Creative drive and results-oriented Expected Base Pay Range: $65,000 to $90,000 Annualized. In addition to base pay, compensation includes eligibility for certain Sales Incentives/Commissions.
