Location: Boise, Idaho, USA

Work Schedule: Onsite | Corporate 9×5

Job Description:

We are seeking an onsite support professional to manage smart lockers and IT self-service kiosks.
Responsibilities include assisting users with device pickup and returns, monitoring kiosk availability, performing basic troubleshooting, reporting technical issues, maintaining inventory and usage records, and escalating unresolved incidents to the appropriate support teams.

Key Skills: Basic IT Troubleshooting, Kiosk Support, Hardware Support, Inventory Management, Ticket Management, Customer Service, Communication Skills.

Experience: 0–2 years in IT support, technical operations, or customer service.
