Submission Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) [REQUIRED]
• Active Michigan RN License (must have in hand at time of presentation, no exceptions) [REQUIRED]
• BLS Certification [REQUIRED]
• ACLS Certification [REQUIRED]
• AANA [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
• PALS [REQUIRED]
• Experience in System Epic EMR [PREFERRED]
• Clean Malpractice/License History [REQUIRED] (No exceptions)
• Saturday/Sunday availability weekly [REQUIRED]
• Must be local- only mileage reimbursement [REQUIRED]
• 5+ years of experience [REQUIRED]
