Insurance Sales Producer – Farmers Insurance Agency

We are seeking a motivated, competitive, and customer-focused Insurance Sales Producer to generate new business, build strong client relationships, and grow within our agency. Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business through calls, networking, referrals, and community outreach
• Develop relationships with clients and provide customized insurance solutions
• Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty insurance products
• Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Conduct policy reviews to identify coverage needs and cross-sell opportunities
• Deliver excellent customer service before and after the sale
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance expectations
• Maintain accurate client records and activity tracking

Salary Range: $45,000-$100,000 per year

License/Certification:

Property Casualty License (Preferred, but we will help obtain!)

Life Health Insurance License (Preferred, but we will help obtain!)
