Direct Protection Security (DPS) is one of the Top 10 ADT Authorized Dealers in the Nation , proudly serving California since 2007. We are growing fast and looking for an energetic, outgoing, people-focused Local Recruiter who loves networking, building relationships, and finding great talent.

If you’re the type of person who can walk into a room and leave with five new contacts, we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do

✔ Recruit and hire Outside Sales Representatives and Sales Managers

✔ Source candidates through ZipRecruiter, Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and local networking

✔ Conduct phone screens and schedule interviews

✔ Follow candidates through the hiring and onboarding process

✔ Build relationships with local colleges, businesses, job fairs, and networking groups

✔ Represent Direct Protection Security in the community and help grow our employment brand

✔ Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates ready to interview

What We’re Looking For

· Recruiting, staffing, or sales experience preferred

· Excellent communication and people skills

· Self-motivated and goal driven

· Comfortable making outbound calls and networking in the community

· Organized and able to manage multiple candidates at once

· Positive attitude with a “make it happen” mentality

This is not just another recruiting position. As DPS continues to expand throughout California, there is a clear path into Recruiting Management, Operations, or Business Development leadership.
