Sr. Project Manager | Steel Erection

As a Structural Steel Erection Sr. Project Manager , you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping projects from the earliest stages, delivering strong field leadership that sets the tone for successful builds. The ideal candidate is a detailed and hands‑on construction Project Manager with strong experience in structural steel erection or related trades, combined with excellent communication skills, strong emotional intelligence, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders. What you’ll do: Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources Lead weekly project meetings and provide status updates Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and consultants Manage RFQs, RFIs, and change orders Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards Monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with quality standards, contract specifications, and project timelines.
