Job Summary

We are hiring an outgoing, organized, and dependable  Staffing Recruiter to join our team.

This position will be responsible for recruiting candidates, processing applications, conducting intake calls, screening and interviewing applicants, and completing new-hire onboarding. The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking with candidates throughout the day, managing multiple priorities, and providing a positive applicant experience from the first call through the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit qualified candidates for open positions
• Review and process incoming applications and resumes
• Conduct applicant intake calls and gather employment information
• Pre-screen candidates based on job requirements
• Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews
• Match qualified candidates with available job opportunities
• Schedule interviews, orientations, and start dates
• Complete new-hire onboarding and employment paperwork
• Explain job duties, schedules, pay rates, and workplace expectations
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Respond to applicant calls, messages, and emails
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting records
• Update applicant information in the company’s recruiting system
• Build and maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates
• Assist with job postings, recruiting events, and other recruiting duties as needed

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting, staffing, human resources, administrative, or customer service experience is preferred
• Strong communication and interviewing skills
• Professional and confident phone presence
• Comfortable making and receiving a high volume of calls
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and data-entry skills
• Experience using an applicant tracking system is a plus
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Must be dependable, professional, and detail-oriented
