Onsite Recruiter

In this role, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct-hire positions while partnering closely with clients and hiring managers to deliver exceptional talent solutions.

Work Schedule: 100% Onsite | Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

What You'll Do

Talent Acquisition

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of professional and specialized positions.

• Meet and exceed individual and team recruiting goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Develop strategic recruiting plans based on client hiring needs.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.

• Conduct structured and behavioral interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

• Provide candidates with resume guidance, interview preparation, and career coaching to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

• Utilize recruiting technologies, sourcing platforms, and community outreach to identify top talent.

• Plan and participate in hiring events, job fairs, and community recruiting initiatives.

• Build strong partnerships with clients by understanding workforce planning needs and providing strategic recruiting support.

• Serve as a subject matter expert on recruiting tools, systems, and best practices.

Leadership

• Act as a lead resource and escalation point in the absence of management.

• Mentor and coach recruiters on recruiting strategies, client engagement, and candidate management.

• Monitor recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve team performance.

• Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment that reflects Adecco's values.

Administrative Responsibilities

• Manage candidate records, job postings, onboarding activities, and assignment tracking within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Participate in daily staffing and requisition meetings to prioritize hiring needs.

• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and recruiting data to support effective hiring strategies.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of recruiting experience.

• Experience recruiting within a staffing or HR solutions environment.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Knowledge of recruiting best practices, employment laws, and current staffing trends.

Preferred

• Previous experience leading, mentoring, or coaching recruiters.

• Experience partnering directly with clients on workforce planning and recruitment strategy.

• Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients, candidates, and community partners.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour
