Overview This is a temporary position with an anticipated end date of December 31, 2026. The duration of employment may be extended or shortened based on business needs. Area51 Electronics is seeking a Recruiter that embodies professionalism and has a genuine passion for connecting with people. The primary objective of this position is to identify, attract, and hire the right people to support the continued growth of Area51 Electronics as a distributor of electronic components. The Recruiter serves as a trusted partner to management, ensuring that Area51 Electronics attracts individuals who possess the skills, experience, and cultural fit necessary to contribute to the organization's success. Qualifications Education: Required: Bachelor’s degree in any field. Experience: Required: Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting or a related Human Resources function. Skills Language and Communication Effective Communication: Professional English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and professionally to diverse audiences. Strong Active Listening: The ability to understand and respond effectively to others by fully engaging with the speaker to grasp their message, emotions, and intent. Other Skills and Abilities Computer Literacy: Proficiency in using computers for a variety of tasks, including navigating software systems, managing digital files, and troubleshooting minor issues. Microsoft Office Proficiency: Advanced working knowledge of MS 365, Outlook, Word, and Excel. Proprietary Software Operation: Ability to quickly learn and proficiently operate Area51 Electronics’ proprietary software system. Quality Management System (QMS): Ability to learn and adhere to the company’s QMS and policies. Risk-Based Thinking: Demonstrates strong decision-making by evaluating data and considering financial and operational impacts.
