Corner Pantry locations in Rapid City are seeking to hire Floating Managers to lead our teams and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will be dependable and motivated to support multiple convenience store locations as needed. The ideal candidate is flexible, organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Travel between store locations to provide management coverage and operational support
• Supervise daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Manage inventory control processes to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Provide leadership and guidance to staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Handle shift management responsibilities, ensuring adequate coverage at all times.
• Utilize POS systems effectively for transaction processing and reporting.
• Maintain high standards of customer service through effective phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
• Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve performance.

Experience

• Experience in Convenience Store management or related field is preferred.
• Strong math skills for handling financial transactions and inventory assessments.
• Demonstrated ability in leadership roles with experience managing teams effectively.
• Proficient in using POS systems for efficient transaction handling.

Must have reliable transportation.

Must pass a background check.
