We are currently looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic Social Worker to join our team! The Social Worker at Clearstreamplays an important and trusted role in the lives of our residents and their families. As the Full Time Social Worker at Clearstream you will be actively involved in the pre-admission and admissions processes.You will listen to and act compassionately with residents and their family members while providing induvial and group help when needed.
