You don't need years of deck-building experience to succeed here. We'll teach you our systems, methods, and the way we build. What You'll Do Demolition and site preparation Layout and dig footings Pour concrete and build foundations Frame custom decks Install decking, stairs, rail systems, pergolas, and other outdoor living features Measure, cut, and build with precision Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites Work alongside teammates to keep projects moving efficiently Learn and follow our proven deck-building systems Deliver quality craftsmanship that you can be proud of What Success Looks Like Success in this role means you: Produce high-quality work with minimal callbacks or punch-list items.
