What You’ll Do:

• Provide evidence-based, child-led occupational therapy to children with a variety of developmental needs.
• Design individualized treatment plans that reflect each child’s strengths, interests, and goals.
• Collaborate closely with speech-language pathologists, physical therapists, and families to create cohesive care plans.
• Participate in clinical mentoring, case discussions, and continuing education that elevate your practice.
• Contribute ideas to improve programs, clinical excellence, and the overall patient experience.
• Build lasting relationships with families while maintaining a manageable, sustainable caseload.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Is a licensed Occupational Therapist or Occupational Therapy Assistant in Washington (or eligible for licensure).
• Enjoys working with children and their families.
