We’re seeking a compassionate, creative, and clinically skilled Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist supervising OTR with planning and implementing appropriate new goals and objectives relating to skill development as appropriate for each of the children/patients.
• Timely completion of documentation including daily SOAP notes, progress notes, initial and re‑evaluations
• Complete written daily treatment sessions within 48 hours, to document services rendered.
• Professional communication with supervising OTRs.
• Monitor progress on each child/patient
• Review of completed documentation on children to be added to caseload prior to the start of service.
• Contribute to supervision of student interns.
• Provide daily insurance billing information for timely reimbursement.
• Provide services to both child/patient and their caregivers for parental education and carryover into the home/community
• Monitor and track caseload requirements with new referrals as children change from caseload.
• Participate in staff development/training opportunities.
• Collaborate with our SLP and PT partners for best treatment for the child/patient

Qualifications

• Associate's Occupational Therapy Degree from an accredited program
• Current Washington State Occupational Therapy License
• 1-3 years of pediatric experience preferred
• Ability to work as a member of a team

Preferred:

• At least one year of pediatric experience

Certification and Licenses:

• Current Washington Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license
• NBCOT Certification
